Description Technical Specs Extended Information   Flow driven, aluminum butterfly backdraft damper Model UPC # A* B RSK12 69120 2 12" 3" Backdraft dampers with galvanized steel collar and lightweight aluminum damper blades. Spring loaded for positive closure.  Note that any backdraft damper will take some flow away from the fan just to push the damper blades open.  These light, aluminum, butterfly blades are returned to the closed position with a very gentle spring pressure.  It is best to orient the blades in the ducting so that the hinge is in a vertical position. Product Details Light aluminum, butterfly blades, minimizes resistance to flow; Can be connected to flexible or rigid ducting; Five-year factory warranty.
