This vent has an easy curved hood to allow a significant flow of air through it. This vent uses a single, large curved hood with an integral screen to keep the animals out. The backdraft damper can be removed so the vent can be used as an intake vent. These are particularly suited for use with HRV or ERV. By removing (6) screws, the hood can be removed for cleaning even after installation.
