Nemco Micro Louver Eave Vent 4" Diameter:  This is a stamped, aluminum plate that can be mounted in an eave or soffit.  The free area of the opening is just about 5 1/4 square inches so air will move through it easily at very low velocity.  It should not be used for dryer or bath fan venting.  It is too restrictive.
