Powerful but reasonably priced, this in-line duct fan can be used to boost the flow of air through a duct or as a stand-alone product for ventilating a room or a garage or other space directly to the outside. It uses only 70 watts but it is capable of working against a significant amount of pressure, what it might experience installed in flexible ducting with a grille, damper, and exterior hood. Mounted remotely from the room, its operating sound will be absorbed by the ducting.
The barrel is made of rigid polymeric resin with extra stiffing beads to insure its roundness.
