The KBWC 110K is a motor speed control for air-moving applications that utilize Shaded Pole, Permanent Split Capacitor (PSC), and AC/DC motors. This economical speed control isdesigned to replace obsolete, tapped winding, or reactive methods of speed control. The full-wave phase control circuitry minimizes power loss, thereby reducing energy requirements. The control provides infinitely variable speed adjustment which allows the end-user to select the desired level of air volume. The 110K can handle up to 10 Amps at 120 VAC.
Minimum speed trim-pot can be set to match the fan being controlled. (Note that some motor hum may result at certain settings. Raising or lowering the set point may remove match the motor to the control.)
