Heavy duty, 4" dryer vent cap with wall sleeve and back-draft damper.
11.5"long x 4" diamter tailpipe;
Interior finish plate: 5 5/8" x 5 5/8";
Pressure relieve, back-draft damper;
Fully assembled, riveted tailpipe;
Exterior flange dimensions: 6" x 6";
Maximum hood extension beyond wall surface: 3 1/2";
Mounting flange: 3/8" on each side.
Exterior heavy duty, wide mouth dryer vent cap mounts through the exterior wall and connects to the dryer duct via a 11.5" long, 4" diameter tail or sleeve. Inside the exterior hood is a gravity and flow operated back-draft damper that prevents exterior air from flowing back into the dryer. A mounting flange allows the hood to be attached to the exterior wall, and an interior finish plate allow the interior hole to be sealed around the perimeter of the pipe.
