Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in the products that we sell and the manufacturers we get them from. We test and research products thoroughly before we add them to our site. We want our customers to buy the right products for their application, and we want them to work well for a very long time. Just the way we expect other companies to sell products to us as individuals and homeowners and building scientists.
We try our best to describe our products as thoroughly as we can so that you are sure that it is what you want and what you need and how it works. We don't always get it right, and we are constantly trying to improve. So if after your careful and thoughtful research for some reason your product is the wrong product for you or arrives in damaged condition, please contact us and let us do our best to remedy the situation.
With the exception of our Bargain Basement items, every item we sell we support with a 30 day money-back guarantee, less actual shipping charges. We expect all returned items to include original packaging, manuals and materials. Products should be returned as you received them. Items returned with missing parts, packaging, manuals, etc. shall be imposed up to a 25% restocking fee. Items not returned in its original box - will not be accepted. All Bargain Basement items are sold "As Is, Final Sale," and are limited to the quantities specified in each description.

You must call (Toll Free 866-389-8578) or email us and get a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA), before sending any product back to us. Once an RMA is issued, you will have 15 days to return the product back to our designated location. Items returned without an RMA - will not be accepted. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

Our goal at HeyokaSolutions.com is that we treat each customer with courtesy and respect. We understand that your satisfaction is what makes our company successful.

Items Marked Free Shipping - Are For Items Shipped Within The Continental United States Only. Returns on all items marked "Free Shipping" will be charged the actual shipping expenses.

Order Cancellation: We understand that sometimes the wrong item was ordered, you changed your mind, etc. Please contact us immediately, if you wish to cancel your order. Once an order has shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges of the order. If the order already shipped, please call us and let us know. We will ask that you refuse shipping on the order and credit you less shipping charges.

When returning a product to us, please note the following:

1. On the shipping label include the RMA #
2. Return the unit back via a method that is traceable - UPS Ground, etc.
3. Insure the merchandise for its value, in the event it is damaged or lost.
4. Returns must be shipped back freight pre-paid.

Items Received Damaged/Defective:
Items arriving at your location with exterior damage to the box should not be accepted. Please contact us immediately so we can make arrangements for a return/replacement. If the item is damaged, please put all the packaging as it arrived back into the box. Notify the shipping company that you will not accept delivery of the item.

Please know that orders arriving damaged/broken will be replaced by Heyoka Solutions. Please contact us as soon as possible, via phone (Toll Free @ 866-389-8578) or via email.

Most items are shipped VIA UPS Ground (most affordable/reliable method). Others may be shipped via the USPS/FedEx/DHL/Freight Truck. Most items ship within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. If for any reason, the item ordered is on back order, we will notify you.
