Small, flexible pressure probe to extend the capabilities of your digital manometer.
There are times when you need to sense the pressure in a space or room and the standard 3/16" probe is too fat or too stiff. This little, ACX probe included in this kit is able to sneak into places you have never been able to go before. It is easily bendable without kinking. You can stick it in the cracks in a stair-case or under a baseboard. Make a very small hole in a dropped soffit and see if it's connected to the outside. The flexible tubing allows the increaser fitting to connect directly to the standard 1/8" hoses from your digital manometer.
Along with the ACX probe this kit contains (4) splices for extending a hose from a CAZ to the outside by coupling hoses together. It also contains an assembled 'T' fitting so that two taps on your manometer can be coupled together to measure the same point simultaneously. For example, if you want to measure the pressure in the attic relative to the outside on Channel B while simultaneously measuring the pressure in the house relative to the outside and Channel A. You can use that information to calculate the flow of air between the attic and the house with only one hose running to the outside.
Completing the kit is the case which will fit in the case for the Minneapolis DG700 manometer or the case for the Retrotec DM2A. The case is big enough to store your static pressure probe or your standard, straight 3/16" probe, keeping all the parts together.
