Black, plastic "squeeze" 90 degree elbow for 4" ducting with mounting flange
This "squeeze" elbow is designed for making ducting connections in narrow spaces. It will work with SV4 soffit vent with a short, mating section of flexible ducting because the 4" round connection on both pieces are . . . well . . . the same dimension. The oval fitting on the other end of the 90 allows for moderately "squished" ducting of slightly less than 3 1/2" which allows it to be run in 2 x 4 stud cavities which are actually only 1 1/2" x 3 1/2".
These elbows should only be used when tight spaces are encountered. The run of slightly "squished" ducting should be as short as possible.
