This control has been designed and built by Heyoka Solutions to simplify the installation of motorized zoning dampers, in-line fans, and booster fans.  Motorized dampers like the YITA-MDA250's included RJ-11 jacks that accept standard telephone cord type connections.  The Heyokavent-120CB2 does as well.  Plug in the dampers, plug in the booster fan, wire up the AC wall switch, and plug the box into an AC outlet and the wiring is complete.   The Heyokavent-120CB2 works great with the Comfort Stream to seal off an outlet from the attic and one other port.  (Note: NOT for use with a speed control.)
