  • IREC (Interstate Renewable Energy Council) certified assessor.  Consultant for ANSI/IREC certification;
  • ASHRAE 62.2 & residential ventilation training.  We can bring the training to you or you can come to our training partner, Cape & Islands Self Reliance;
  • BPI Certification proctoring: Paul Raymer of Heyoka is a BPI "super" proctor for written and field exams for Building Analyst, Envelope Professional, Heating Professional, and AC/Heat Pump Professional;
  • Wholistic design - Clarifying the systems nature of a building from design to energy load to long and short term maintenance and servicing issues;
  • Ventilation System mechanical and Manual J System Design - Residential mechanical system design;
  • Electro-Mechanical design - Fans with motorized closure systems for solaria heat transfer and exhaust, crawl space exhaust, bathroom exhaust, residential garage exhaust and whole house cooling.  Passive pressure balancing device and back draft damper design.  Rain water collection systems;
  • Electronic design - Over 30 years of control system development – custom microprocessor controls for hybrid solar homes, envelope houses, earth tubes.  Electronic controls for solaria and rock storage systems.  Temperature displays.  Solid state humidity control – direct, remote and differential.  Pressure controls;
